Arsène KABEY MUYEJ

Arsène Kabey Muyej was admitted as a lawyer to the Bar Association of the Court of Appeal of Haut-Katanga on August 24, 2017. He thus has almost four years of experience practicing law in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

* He has been a research assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Kolwezi (UNIKOL) since 2018.

Arsène Kabey Muyej worked for the Kolwezi-based law firm Patrick Kazanga & Partners (PK&P), as well as serving as the Kolwezi correspondent for the firm Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Associates, SCP (EMW&A, SCP). He also worked for the firm ELITE LAW FIRM SCP at its Kolwezi office.

* He has experience in the areas of corporate law, business law, commercial law, labor law, land law, and litigation.

* In this capacity, he participated in the formation of several commercial companies and took part in various simplified debt recovery procedures, in accordance with OHADA law, as well as community law.
