Shekinah MWEPU UMBA

Graduated in economic and social law from the University of Kolwezi, admitted to the Haut-Katanga Bar in June 2018 and currently a member of the Lualaba Bar

He previously worked at the Jules ILUNGA Law Firm.

Participated in several continuing education and certification courses, the most important of which were:

1) Justice actors facing the challenges of digital technology, organized by the Commercial Court, the Lualaba Bar Association, droit numérique.cd and ohada.cop

2) Disputes concerning non-tax revenue, customs and excise revenue, and parafiscal revenue (CNSS, ONEM, FPI, FONER, etc.) organized by the Federation of Congolese Businesses and the law firm Mavinga Declerc & Partners

3) Participation in an international symposium on securing extractive investments in conflict zones, organised by Jus AFRICA and Doc &juris

4) Finally, participated in the awareness workshop for designated non-financial businesses and professions (EPNFD) within the framework of the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (LBC/fTP) in the DRC in 2011.
